Anytime, from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. A downgrade or cancel simply stops the renewal — you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move down. No refunds or proration, no lock-in, no cancellation calls.

Only two things: running an AI model (every image, video, voice or text generation, plus planning, analysis and post-production that run a model) and Ad Spy research. Everything else is free on every plan, including the free one: publishing and scheduling posts on every connected channel, building and managing paid campaigns, analytics and insights, comments and DMs, connectors, brand profiles and team seats. Posting an ad you already rendered is never a second charge. The one exception is X (Twitter), which bills a few credits per call because X charges per API request.

Nothing breaks — you just top up with a credit pack (valid 365 days from purchase), or on a plan your credits refresh each month. Monthly plan credits don't roll over. We warn you before a render would put you over.
