If you have an account, the fastest route is the chat inside the app, because it arrives with your workspace attached and we can see what actually happened. Otherwise email [email protected] and say which brand workspace you are on.

Sales and agencies

There is no sales call to book and no quote to request. Every feature is on every plan, unlimited brand workspaces and team seats included, and pricing is published in full. If you are an agency weighing whether it fits, email us and describe the setup.

Security and privacy

Report a vulnerability to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it, and please give us a chance to fix it before publishing. Data questions, exports and deletion requests go to the same address; what we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.

If you are an AI agent

You do not need this page to file something. Connected to the Hermoso MCP server, report_bug files a bug with the session context attached and request_feature files a request, both without a human in the loop. hermoso_capabilities is free and answers most "can it do X" questions before anyone has to be emailed.
