Most marketing tools connect to two kinds of thing: the places you post and the places you buy ads. Hermoso does both, and then it keeps going, because the questions a marketer actually asks run past the ad account. Did that campaign bring anyone who converted. Which search terms are already sending traffic we never paid for. Why are half our products not showing in Shopping. Where does last month's report go so the team reads it.
Every connection below is live today. You authorise it once from Settings, it belongs to that brand workspace, and you can revoke it from the same screen. The same connections work from the web studio and from any AI agent through the MCP server, so there is one set of permissions rather than two.
Measurement
Two different questions, so two groups. Google Analytics 4 tells you what happened on the site, by channel and campaign. PostHog, Mixpanel and Amplitude tell you what individual people did once they were on it.
Google Analytics 4
Sessions, users, conversions and revenue broken down by channel, source and medium, campaign, landing page, country or device, plus who is on the site right now. It writes as well as reads: build a remarketing audience that flows to Google Ads, mark a key event so Google Ads can import it as a conversion, or add a custom dimension so reports break down your way. GA4 only, because the API has no Universal Analytics.

PostHog
The per-user half GA4 does not do. Ask a question in HogQL, read a saved insight, look up individual people, and pull session replays as links you open in PostHog.
posthog_query · posthog_insight · posthog_persons
Mixpanel
Event segmentation, funnels, retention cohorts, user profiles, and any saved Mixpanel report read straight back by its id.
mixpanel_insights · mixpanel_segmentation · mixpanel_funnel · mixpanel_retention · mixpanel_profiles
Amplitude
Event segmentation, funnels with a conversion window, retention curves, active-user charts, and one person's whole activity stream found by user id or device id.
amplitude_segmentation · amplitude_funnel · amplitude_retention · amplitude_active_users · amplitude_user_activity
Search
Organic search is the traffic you are not paying for, and it is the one thing an ad platform can tell you nothing about. Both engines are readable and both take writes, so a sitemap goes up from the same conversation that found the problem.
Google Search Console
Impressions, clicks, click-through rate and average position for the terms Google is already sending you, which is the last place real search terms exist. Plus live index status for any URL, and sitemaps submitted or removed.

Bing Webmaster Tools
Bing search terms, clicks and position, crawl issues and inbound links. It also does keyword research with real impression volumes and no ad spend, which is the closest thing here to a free keyword planner. Bing is what Copilot reads, so it is worth having.

Product catalog and commerce
A Shopping campaign only spends on products the feed will actually serve, so a disapproved offer is a silent budget problem. Both Merchant Centers are readable and writable here, and Google publishes competitive reports most merchants never open.
Google Merchant Center
What is in the feed, which offers are disapproved or expiring and why, and what to do about each one, including asking Google to review a disapproval. Add or update a product, manage data sources and promotions. Google's own reports name the domains appearing beside you, what is selling on Google right now, and the price it predicts will do better. Rides your Google Ads connection.

Microsoft Merchant Center
The store behind a Microsoft Shopping campaign: the offers in it, the approved, disapproved and expiring counts, and the per-offer reasons with Microsoft's own issue codes. This is where to look when a Shopping campaign is live and showing nothing. Rides your Microsoft Advertising connection.

Shopify
Install the Hermoso app from the Shopify App Store and your brand profile builds itself from the store you are standing in: name, products, product photos and prices, with no website to type. Billing runs through Shopify, so there is no second card to enter.
Files, documents and alerts
Work that stays inside a tool nobody opens may as well not exist. These put the output where your team already is, and tell you the moment a render is done.
Google Drive, Sheets and Docs
One connection covers all three. Pull a file into the composer, save a finished render back, build a performance sheet or a creative brief. Hermoso only ever sees the files you pick in the Google picker, and the rest of your Drive stays private.

Microsoft OneDrive
Save finished renders into OneDrive and organise them into folders, so the assets land in the same place as the rest of your Microsoft work.

Slack, Discord and webhooks
A message in your Slack channel or a post in your Discord server the moment a render finishes or fails. Or a JSON POST to any URL you own, which is how people wire Hermoso into Zapier, Make and n8n.

Your own MCP servers
Point Hermoso at any MCP server you run and its tools become live tools for the studio agent, sitting next to ours in the same conversation. Your internal inventory service, your CRM, whatever you have already built.

Publishing and ad platforms
The two categories most people come for are covered as well. On the publishing side: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky and Telegram, all on one content calendar, with per-channel captions and real multi-slide carousels. On the paid side: Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Apple Search Ads, with the whole campaign tree buildable and readable and every campaign created paused.
The MCP reference lists what your agent can do on each one, and the social media scheduler covers the publishing side in detail.
How connecting works
Most connections are a single sign-in. A few are a pasted key, because the vendor issues no OAuth app: Bing Webmaster Tools, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude and the notification connectors all take a credential you copy from their own settings screen. Either way it takes about a minute, and the card tells you exactly where to find what it needs.
A connection belongs to a brand workspace, not to you personally. Invite your team and they share it, so nobody has to re-authorise anything to pick up a report. Run several brands and each keeps its own connections, which is what makes agency work practical. Disconnect from the same screen at any time and the stored credential goes with it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect anything to use Hermoso?
No. Research runs with nothing connected, and so does generation. Connections are what let Hermoso publish on your behalf, spend on your ad accounts and read your numbers. Every area works on its own, and no tool requires that you used another one first.
Is Google Analytics read-only?
No, though most of what people ask for is reading. It also writes three narrow things: remarketing audiences, key events, and custom dimensions and metrics. Everything else about the property is left alone. GA4 marks an audience definition immutable once created, so a wrong one is archived and rebuilt rather than edited, and the agent tells you that before it creates one.
Can my agent see all of my Google Drive?
No. The Drive connection asks for the narrow permission that covers files Hermoso created plus files you hand it through the Google picker. A document you never picked is not visible to it.
Do I need a separate Merchant Center connection?
No. Google Merchant Center rides your Google Ads connection and Microsoft Merchant Center rides your Microsoft Advertising connection, so if a Shopping campaign is already running you can read its feed today. If a Merchant call is refused, that account has not been granted Merchant Center access yet, which is a permission on their side rather than a broken connection.
Which of these cost credits?
Reading analytics, search, feeds and files is free. Credits are for generation, and every model's exact per-render cost is published so your agent can quote a number before it spends anything. The one exception is X, which charges per API request, so those calls carry a few credits and are quoted first.
Can I connect a tool you do not list?
Often, yes. Point Hermoso at your own MCP server and its tools become available to the studio agent in the same conversation as everything else. Webhooks cover the other direction, into Zapier, Make, n8n or anything you run yourself.
