Aesthetic treatments are a considered purchase. Someone thinking about a facial, a skin treatment or an injectable usually follows a few clinics for a while, watches how they talk about treatments, and books a consultation with the one that feels expert and honest. Med spa marketing has to do two things at once: stay visible during that long research phase, and stay inside some of the strictest advertising rules any local business deals with.
Hermoso runs your marketing on autopilot. It researches what other clinics are running, makes posts and ads from your own photos and clips, schedules them across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, and builds campaigns on your own Meta and Google Ads accounts. Run it from the web studio, or ask Claude or ChatGPT for "three Reels about our new skin booster" through the Hermoso MCP. For the formats every service business shares, see our local services guide.
Content that builds trust before the consultation
- Treatment explainers. What a treatment is, who it suits, how long it takes, what recovery looks like. A short talking-head clip from your practitioner, or a kinetic-type video that walks through the steps.
- Meet the injector. Clients choose a person, not just a clinic. Introduce each practitioner, their training and their approach on camera.
- Myth versus fact. Aesthetics is full of misconceptions. A myth-versus-fact slide set answers them calmly and gets saved.
- Inside the clinic. The treatment room, the products you use, the aftercare kit. A photo slideshow or slow camera movement from a still.
- Consultation offers and events. A free consultation week, a skin-analysis day, an open evening. Specific, dated and easy to book.
If filming every week is not realistic, a reusable AI presenter can front general explainers, with speech generated together with the mouth so it stays in sync. For anything that talks about your practitioners or your results, use your real team.
This category has extra rules
Cosmetic procedures, weight-related services and anything touching body image are areas where Meta's advertising standards are stricter, and some treatments, such as prescription injectables, are also regulated by health authorities in many countries. Claims about outcomes, imagery that focuses on bodies, and copy that seems to point at a person's appearance can all lead to a rejection or worse. Hermoso does not guess at this. Its built-in Meta policy check reads your ad copy against Meta's live policy pages, quotes the exact rule it is flagging, and suggests a rewrite that still sells. Check your local regulator's guidance as well, because Meta's rules are only one layer.
Before and after photos deserve their own care. Use only real clients who have given written consent, show them as they are, and confirm they are allowed in paid ads in your market before you run them. Hermoso uses your own photos and does not generate results.
Seasons and rebooking
Aesthetics has a calendar. Skin treatments that need time away from the sun are often booked in autumn and winter. Wedding season and the weeks before the holidays bring a rush of short-notice bookings. Many treatments are repeat visits, so a reminder to rebook is often worth more than a new campaign. Hermoso can plan a run of posts around each season, queue them weeks ahead, and keep an automatic refill going so the account never goes quiet between launches.
Local campaigns and consultation forms
Clients travel some distance for a clinic they trust, but most still come from nearby. On Meta, Hermoso builds campaigns aimed at a radius around the clinic or the towns you choose, with an instant lead form so someone can request a consultation without leaving Instagram, and it reads those leads back so the front desk can call them. On Google Ads it builds search campaigns with location targeting and keywords for people searching for a specific treatment nearby. Every campaign is created paused, so nothing spends until you approve it.
Ad Spy shows what other clinics and skincare brands are running in the public Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad libraries, with the longest-running ones first, which tells you which messages have survived review and kept paying.
Measure what earns bookings
After a few weeks, read back the numbers per channel. You will usually find that one or two formats, an explainer or a practitioner clip, earn most of the saves and messages. Make more of those. Captions, a logo and an end card are added only when you ask for them. Google Business Profile posting is not available in Hermoso yet.
Frequently asked questions
Can med spas advertise on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, but cosmetic and body-related ads face stricter rules under Meta's advertising standards, and some treatments are also regulated locally. Hermoso's Meta policy check quotes Meta's policy text and suggests a compliant rewrite before an ad runs.
Can I run before and after photos?
Only real client photos with written consent, shown as they are. Hermoso does not generate results. Check Meta's rules and your local regulations before using them in paid ads.
Can clients book a consultation from an ad?
Yes. Hermoso can create a Meta instant lead form so someone can request a consultation inside Facebook or Instagram, and it reads the leads back for your team.
Do I need to film new content every week?
No. Hermoso can make posts from photos you already have, turn a still into a short clip, and use a reusable AI presenter for general explainers. Use your real practitioners for anything about them or your results.
Can it target people near my clinic?
Yes. Meta campaigns can target a radius around your clinic or chosen towns, and Google Ads campaigns can target the locations you serve. Campaigns are created paused until you approve them.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan comes with 250+ earnable free credits and needs no card. The exact cost of each render is shown in the app before it runs.
