The trial is smaller than the plan. The page says trial accounts have daily posting limits of 10 to 20 posts per organization depending on plan, and that bulk scheduling is not available during the trial. Test your real volume before you rely on it.
Price is per user. Three people on Standard at the listed annual rate is $297 a month. Five on Professional is $995 a month. Hootsuite's page does not state monthly-billing rates.

What you give up by leaving
- Approval workflows. Hootsuite's Advanced plan has team approvals with internal comments. Hermoso has no approval step for posts your team writes. Posts it makes for you on autopilot are reviewed before they go out.
- Brand and competitor monitoring. Hermoso reads mentions on the channels you connect and researches competitors' ads and posts, but it is not built as a listening dashboard with keyword search.
- Link shortening and tracking inside the scheduler. Hermoso has no URL shortener. The free UTM builder tags links, and analytics reads the result.
- Recurring posts, RSS auto-posting and a first-comment field. None of these exist in Hermoso yet.
- Report templates. Reporting in Hermoso is done by asking, in the app or from Claude or ChatGPT, using the platforms' own insights, rather than from a template builder.
- One caption box. The web composer has a single caption field. Per-channel captions are available from an AI agent and the API.
How to move
- Note your Hootsuite renewal date. The page says annual billing, so check your own terms before you cancel.
- Sign up free and connect each channel once in Connectors. A browser is needed for that step only.
- Rebuild your posting times as queue slots. The defaults are 09:00, 13:00 and 17:00.
- Move scheduled posts across by asking the chat to queue them, or fill a month in one go with .
- Run both for a billing cycle if you want a safety net, then cancel Hootsuite.
Stay on Hootsuite if
- Several people must approve posts before they publish.
- A customer care team needs messages auto-routed to named people.
- Keyword listening or sentiment reports are part of your job.
- Your organization needs single sign-on or compliance tooling from the same vendor.
