This is the closest comparison on the site, because Post Bridge and Hermoso agree on something most marketing tools still do not: the interesting user is increasingly an AI agent, not a person clicking through a dashboard. Both ship an MCP server. Both ship a CLI. Both are designed so a language model can do the work end to end.
The difference is what the agent is handed. Post Bridge is a focused, well-built scheduler: give it a caption and a file and it gets them onto your accounts, reliably, through a small and legible API. Hermoso hands the agent the whole marketing function — research what is already winning in your market, generate the finished ad, publish or schedule it, then build and read the paid campaign behind it.
Where Post Bridge is genuinely better
- Focus. It does one job and the surface is small enough to hold in your head. If scheduling is all you need, a tool that only schedules is a real advantage, not a limitation.
- More channels. Post Bridge covers around ten destinations to Hermoso's eight, including some Hermoso does not support at all.
- Per-account content overrides. Post Bridge lets content vary at three levels — post, platform and individual account. Hermoso varies captions per channel, not per connected account, so two Instagram accounts in one schedule get the same caption.
- First comment on X. Post Bridge can attach a first comment to an X post. Hermoso has no first-comment feature on any channel.
- Distribution. It is genuinely well distributed to agent users — a plugin marketplace listing, an npm CLI, MCP with dynamic client registration. That is a real strength and it is why this page exists.
Where Hermoso is genuinely better
- Hermoso makes the creative. This is the whole difference. Post Bridge distributes content you produced somewhere else. Hermoso produces it: competitor research across the Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad libraries plus organic TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and Threads; finished video and image ads with your real product, palette and CTA; UGC avatars, voiceover, dubbing, reframing and post-production. Then it schedules them.
- Visibility exists. Hermoso treats visibility as a first-class per-channel property — a YouTube upload can be public, unlisted or private, a TikTok can be public, private or a draft, a Facebook Page post can be held unpublished — and a combination a network does not offer is refused by name rather than silently published as public. "Stage this one privately" is a request you can actually express.
- Refusal at the moment you schedule. Caption caps, the media a channel can carry, and the Page, board or listing a post needs are each checked while you are still there, and the refusal quotes the platform's real rule. A post is never accepted now and failed quietly later on a limit that was knowable up front.
- Webhooks on publish and on failure, with per-channel outcomes and the live URLs, so a 3am failure reaches you instead of sitting in a queue you have to poll.
- Your media stays. Renders are stored durably and remain addressable after publishing, rather than being cleaned up shortly afterwards.
- Paid campaigns. Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and ChatGPT Ads — built paused, read back from the platform before anything is reported, every spend switch confirm-gated. Post Bridge is organic only.
The agent question
If you are choosing based on "which one can my assistant drive", both will do it. The honest way to decide is to ask what you want the assistant to be able to say yes to. "Post this to my accounts on Tuesday" — either. "Find what my competitors are running, make me three video ads in that structure with my product in them, schedule the best one for Tuesday and put $40 a day behind it, paused until I approve" — that is one tool, and it is not a scheduler. See the full agent surface or the MCP setup.
Pricing
Post Bridge charges a monthly subscription scaled by connected accounts, with API access as a paid add-on. Hermoso charges credits, consumed by generation: Free at $0 with 250+ earnable free credits and no card, then Starter $19, Pro $49 and Studio $149 a month. API and MCP access are not an add-on — they are the product. Every feature is on every plan, including unlimited brand workspaces and team seats; only enterprise SSO is plan-gated. If you publish a lot and generate nothing, a flat scheduling subscription will cost less, and that is a legitimate reason to choose one.
One honest limit on our side
Hermoso's Pinterest connector can read boards and Pins today, but creating a Pin needs Standard access to Pinterest's API and our application is still under review — so Pin publishing is not live in production yet. It is stated on the connector card before you connect it, and it is stated here.

Frequently asked questions
Is Hermoso a Post Bridge alternative?
For the scheduling half, yes — Hermoso schedules to eight channels with a server-side queue, per-channel captions and per-channel outcomes. But the products aim at different jobs: Post Bridge is a focused scheduler, and Hermoso is an ad studio that researches your market, generates the creative, publishes it and runs the paid campaigns behind it.
Do both work with AI agents over MCP?
Yes. Both ship an MCP server and a CLI, and both are designed to be driven by an assistant rather than a dashboard. The difference is scope: Post Bridge gives an agent publishing, and Hermoso gives it research, creative generation, publishing, scheduling and paid campaign management on Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and ChatGPT Ads.
Which supports more channels?
Post Bridge, slightly — around ten destinations to Hermoso's eight. Hermoso publishes to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest, chosen because they are the channels you can also run paid media on. Hermoso can post to Reddit immediately but cannot yet schedule it.
Can Hermoso schedule a post privately or as a draft?
Yes, where the network allows it. A YouTube upload can be public, unlisted or private; a TikTok can be public, private or land in your drafts; a Facebook Page post can be held unpublished. Asking for a combination a network does not have is refused by name at the moment you schedule, with the platform's real reason, rather than being downgraded to public without telling you.
What happens if a scheduled post fails at 3am?
Hermoso reports per-channel outcomes on the fired item and can send them to Slack, Discord or a plain JSON webhook on both publish and failure, with the live URLs. Channels are attempted independently, so one failing channel never blocks the others, and the verdict comes from the per-channel results rather than from whether the job finished.
Is API access an extra charge on Hermoso?
No. The API and the MCP server are the product, not an add-on, and they are available on every plan including the free one. Hermoso charges credits for generation volume instead, so connecting more accounts or driving it from an agent does not cost more.
