Repurposing content is mostly busywork: export the video four times, reframe each one, add captions again, then write the post that goes with it. Hermoso does it in one job. Hand it a finished video and it comes back as 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 4:5 and 1:1 for feeds and 16:9 for YouTube, each file named by placement and size. Long videos can also become YouTube chapters, a summary, an X thread, a blog post or timestamped quotes, written only from what the video actually says.

What does the video repurposing tool make?

  • Every size at once. 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 by default, or any size or platform you name: TikTok, Reels, Stories, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or a pixel size like 1200x628.
  • Captions and languages. Add word-timed captions or dubbed languages, and every size gets them.
  • Written pieces. YouTube chapters, a summary, an X thread with every post under 280 characters, a blog post, or quotes with timestamps.
  • Static ads too. One image ad becomes new headlines, a price or offer swap and other languages, each in every size, with every line of text checked.

How is each size made?

By default each version keeps the whole frame over a soft, blurred copy of itself, so nothing is cut off. You can fill the frame instead, which crops the edges. Both of those are free. If you want the new canvas filled in by AI around the frame, ask for it: that one is paid, and the app shows the price first.

How do I repurpose a video?

  1. Open the Studio and paste your video. A file, a link or something already in your Library.
  2. Say what you want back. For example "every placement, with captions" or "an X thread and a blog post from this".
  3. Check the price. Hermoso shows the exact price for the whole pack before anything is made.
  4. Download or schedule. The files come back named by placement and size, ready to upload or to put on your posting calendar.
