Now in Hermoso: Slack, Discord, WordPress, Whop, Klaviyo and Mailchimp

You made the ad. Now it has to reach people. Until this week that meant the social feeds and the ad platforms, but a lot of your customers spend their time somewhere else: a Slack community, a Discord server, your blog, a paid community on Whop, or your email list. Six new connectors take your ads and posts to those places.

Slack and Discord: post as an app, with the video right in the channel

Hermoso is now a real app in Slack and a real bot in Discord. Press Add to Slack or Add to Discord under Workspace ▸ Connectors, approve it, and pick the channel your posts go to. Nothing is picked for you, and a private Slack channel needs /invite @Hermoso first.

Images and video in the post. Files are uploaded into Slack or attached in Discord, so the launch video plays inside the channel instead of behind a link.
Replies and threads. Reply in a thread under any Slack message. In Discord, reply to a message, post inside a thread, open a thread under your new post, or start a new post in a forum channel.
Fix it after it went out. Edit the text of a message Hermoso posted, or delete it once you have seen exactly which message it is.
See how it landed. Read back the reactions on a post, plus the thread replies in Slack.
Schedule it. Put the post on the Hermoso calendar next to your other channels. A text message can also wait in Slack's own scheduler, up to 120 days ahead.

Hermoso can read a channel's recent messages before it writes, so an update answers what people actually asked. Read what the team said in #marketing today, then post the new ad with a short note that answers their questions. In Discord, @everyone and role mentions only ping when you ask for it.

Klaviyo and Mailchimp: your best ad, sent as an email

An ad that works on Instagram usually works in an inbox too. Connect Klaviyo with a private API key or Mailchimp with an API key, then pick a render or a product photo. Hermoso lays it out as a 600px email with a headline, body copy and a button in your brand voice and colour, adds the unsubscribe link and sender details the platform requires, and saves it as a template. You can also bring your own HTML.

Build the campaign draft. Subject line, preview text, sender and the template, aimed at the Klaviyo lists and segments or the Mailchimp audience, segment or tag you pick. It is saved as a draft and nothing is sent.
Send yourself a test. A test goes to up to five addresses you name, never to the list.
Send or schedule when you are happy. First you see the platform's own count of recipients, and the email goes out only after you confirm that number. Schedule it for later, at the same local time for each recipient if you like.
Read the results. Opens, clicks, unsubscribes and revenue for each campaign, and for your Klaviyo flows too. Mailchimp reports orders and revenue when your store is connected to it.
Bring your ad leads along. Leads from your lead form ads on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and the other ad platforms can be added to a Klaviyo list or a Mailchimp audience. Adding them does not subscribe anyone to marketing, unless in Mailchimp you confirm the form asked for that consent.

WordPress: the blog post that goes with the campaign

Connect your self-hosted WordPress site with an application password (Users ▸ Profile ▸ Application Passwords in WordPress, not your login password). Then ask for a post. Write it in plain words or light markdown and it becomes WordPress blocks. Publish it now, save a draft, send it for review, keep it private, or give it a future date and WordPress schedules it.

The first image becomes the featured image, the others go inline, and a video is uploaded and embedded.
Categories and tags go on by name, and one your site does not have yet is created.
Change a live post's title, text, slug, categories or featured image, pull it back to draft, reschedule it, or send it to the trash.

WordPress has no per-post view counts in its API, so Hermoso never quotes one for a blog post.

Whop: posts for your paying members

If you sell a community on Whop, connect your whop and Hermoso reads your Whop products, prices and photos and drafts your brand from them, so the first post already sounds like you.

Forum posts with a title, text, images and video, pinned if you like, for members only or public, behind a paywall, or with a poll.
Chat messages with text and files.
Now or later. Post right away or schedule either kind on the Hermoso calendar.
After it is up. Edit a post's text, title, pin or visibility, and read back its views, likes, comments and reactions. Chat messages can be deleted. Whop does not let apps delete forum posts, so Hermoso tells you that instead of pretending.

Mentions stay off unless you ask, because a mention notifies every member.

A launch, start to finish

Make the ad in the Studio.
Post it to Slack, Discord and your whop, with a WordPress post that tells the longer story.
Turn the same creative into a Klaviyo or Mailchimp campaign, send yourself a test, then schedule it for Friday morning in each subscriber's time zone.
A week later, check the reactions, the comments and the email revenue, and ask for more of whatever worked.

How do I connect Slack or Discord to Hermoso?

Under Workspace, Connectors, press Add to Slack or Add to Discord, approve the app in Slack or pick your server in Discord, then choose the channel Hermoso posts to.

Can Hermoso send an email to my whole list without asking?

No. A Klaviyo or Mailchimp campaign is saved as a draft. Before it is sent or scheduled you see the platform's own recipient count, and it goes out only after you confirm that number.

Does the WordPress connector work with WordPress.com sites?

No. It connects self-hosted WordPress sites with an application password. WordPress.com sites use their own sign-in, which this connector does not support.

Can Hermoso delete a Whop forum post?

No. Whop does not let apps delete forum posts. Hermoso can edit them, and it can delete chat messages it posted.

Can I use these connectors from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. They are tools on the Hermoso MCP server, so any connected assistant can post, schedule and build email campaigns in the same conversation.
