Photo to anime

Upload a photo of yourself and become the hero of a bright anime poster, with your own words on it if you want them.

Turn your photo into anime

Paste a link to a photo of one person. You can add poster text in the app.

Opens in the Hermoso app with this filled in. Nothing runs until you press Generate, and the app shows the exact price first. Rather ask your AI? Add Hermoso to Claude or ChatGPT and say what you want.

Made with Hermoso. The people in these examples are AI-generated.

Hermoso's photo to anime tool redraws you as an anime hero and builds a whole poster around you: bright pop colours, speed lines and a dynamic pose. Add a line of text and it is printed exactly as you type it, in big poster lettering. It is made for profile pictures, birthday posts, fan art and anything that needs a bit of main-character energy.

How do I turn a photo into anime?

  1. Upload your photo. A clear photo of one person: you, or someone who agreed to it.
  2. Add poster text, if you want. Up to 30 characters, printed exactly as you type it.
  3. Add your own touch. For example "cherry blossoms and a sunset".
  4. Pick the shape and press the button. 3:4, 9:16 or 1:1. The app shows the price first.

Like the picture? Press Make it move under it and it becomes a 5-second clip. That step has its own price, shown on the button before you press it.

Can I turn a video into anime?

Yes, with video to anime: paste a clip and every frame is restyled, with the same moves and timing.

Do I need a paid plan?

This tool is made for a photo of a person, and a photo of a real person, you included, needs a paid plan, so we can verify who is using it. Pets, products and AI-made people work on every plan, the free one too.

Can I do this from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Connect the Hermoso MCP and ask for your photo as an anime poster. Your assistant runs the same effect through the make_effect tool, tells you the price first, and hands back the picture.
