This is not a pixel filter laid over your photo. Hermoso redraws you, your pet or your product as a 16-bit character and drops it into a side-scrolling game level, with hearts, coins and a score counter on screen. Pick the world and you get a picture that looks like a screenshot from a game you forgot you played.

How do I turn a photo into pixel art?

  1. Upload a photo. A person, a pet or a product. One clear photo works best.
  2. Pick the world. Forest level, castle, neon city or space. Or describe your own.
  3. Pick the shape. 16:9 like a game screen, or 9:16, 1:1, 3:4 and 4:3.
  4. Press the button. The app shows the price first.

Like the picture? Press Make it move under it and it becomes a 5-second clip. That step has its own price, shown on the button before you press it.

What can I use it for?

A profile picture, a birthday card, a post for a gaming crowd, or an ad that stops the scroll because nobody expects a hot sauce bottle to be jumping between platforms. A photo of a real person, you included, needs a paid plan, so we can verify who is using it. Pets, products and AI-made people work on every plan, the free one too.

Can I do this from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Connect the Hermoso MCP and ask for your photo as a pixel game character. Your assistant runs the same effect through the make_effect tool, tells you the price first, and hands back the picture.
