Hermoso in n8n, Zapier, Make, Agentforce, Rovo and Slack: what works today

Hermoso is marketing on autopilot. It researches the ads already working in your market, makes on-brand image and video ads, posts and schedules to your own social accounts, and runs paid campaigns on your own ad accounts. Most people start in the web app. A growing number never open it, because Hermoso comes to the tool they already work in.

This post is the honest map of where that works today. Some of these are live, some are in review with the platform, and we say which is which, so nobody spends an afternoon hunting for an app that is not published yet.

The short version

n8n: live. Install the n8n-nodes-hermoso community node on a self-hosted n8n. Verification by n8n is pending.
Salesforce Agentforce: live, as an MCP server in the Agentforce Registry.

Slack: live through Slackbot, on the Slack plans that include Slackbot's AI.

n8n: a community node you can install today

The n8n-nodes-hermoso package is on npm. On a self-hosted n8n, open Settings > Community Nodes > Install, enter n8n-nodes-hermoso, and the Hermoso nodes appear in the editor. n8n's own verification for the node is pending, which is what it takes to show up on n8n Cloud, so for now it is a self-hosted install.

To sign in, create an API key in the Hermoso app on the MCP & CLI tab, then paste it into a new Hermoso API credential in n8n. Every node has a brand picker, so one key can work across the brands you manage.

What the nodes do:

Make creative. Generate an on-brand image ad from a prompt, or start a video render and wait for the file.
Post and schedule. Publish now, at a set time, or in the next free queue slot, on one or more connected channels. Read a post's status on each channel, or cancel one that has not gone out.
Handle files. Upload an image or video from a URL or an earlier node and get a hosted link back, or find the newest items in your Hermoso library.
Keep inspiration. Save an ad to a swipefile collection.
Start workflows. The Hermoso Trigger fires when a new image or video lands in your library, a post is scheduled, a post is published, or a post fails.

Retries are safe: each create call carries a key built from the execution, so a retried step returns the first result instead of posting twice. A workflow like new row in a sheet, make an image for it, schedule it for Thursday, message the team when it goes out is four nodes.

Salesforce Agentforce: Hermoso as an MCP server

Agentforce can call third-party MCP servers registered in the Agentforce Registry, and Hermoso is one. An admin registers the server URL, signs it in with a Hermoso API key, and allowlists the tools your agents may use. Those tools then sit in the Agentforce Asset Library, and you add them to an agent in Agentforce Builder.

The result is an agent that can pull a competitor's longest-running ads, make the creative and schedule the posts, next to the customer data it already works with. The full steps, including the exact fields the Registry asks for, are on the Salesforce Agentforce setup page.

Atlassian Rovo: add Hermoso as an external MCP server

An Atlassian organization admin adds Hermoso once per site, under Connected apps, with Add external MCP server and then a custom server with the Hermoso URL. Hermoso handles the sign-in that Atlassian expects of a custom server, so there is no OAuth app for you to create. After that, the people on the site can ask Rovo for ad research, creative, scheduled posts and campaign reports next to the work they are for. Step by step: the Atlassian Rovo setup page.

Slack: ask Slackbot

Slackbot can connect to MCP servers through a Slack app you create in your own workspace, and it can reach Hermoso that way. There is one catch worth knowing up front: it needs a Slack plan that includes Slackbot's AI, which is Business+ or Enterprise+. On Free and Pro, Slackbot's AI only runs during a trial.

Once it is set up, each person signs in to Hermoso once, and then show me this week's ads from our top competitor or schedule this image to Instagram for Friday gets answered in the thread. Slack gives a tool 60 seconds, so a video render comes back as a job you can ask Slackbot to check on. The setup is on the Slack setup page.

Zapier: coming soon

A dedicated Hermoso app for Zapier is submitted and waiting on Zapier's review. When it is public you will find it in Zapier's app directory, and this post will say so. Until then, if you already use Zapier's MCP Client, the Zapier connect page covers that route.

A Hermoso app for Make is built and not public yet. We will announce it here when it is live.

The AI assistants you already use

Everything above is built on the same thing: the Hermoso MCP server. It is also how Hermoso works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, where you add the server once and then ask in plain words. What stays the same everywhere

Your accounts stay yours. Connecting Hermoso to one of these tools does not connect your ad accounts or social channels. You add those inside Hermoso, and only the ones you want.
Nothing spends by surprise. Ads are created paused, and nothing is posted or spent unless someone asks for it.
One account, many places. Brands, creative and the posting calendar are the same whether a request comes from n8n, Slack or the web app.

Questions people ask

Is there a Hermoso node for n8n?

Yes. The community node n8n-nodes-hermoso is on npm. On self-hosted n8n, install it from Settings > Community Nodes. n8n verification is pending, and until it is approved the node is a self-hosted install.

Is there a Hermoso app for Zapier or Make?

Both are coming soon. The Zapier app is submitted for review and the Make app is built but not public yet. Neither can be installed today.

Can I use Hermoso in Salesforce Agentforce?

Yes. Register Hermoso as an MCP server in the Agentforce Registry, sign it in with a Hermoso API key, and add the tools to your agent from the Asset Library.

Does the Slack integration work on every Slack plan?

No. It runs through Slackbot, and Slackbot's AI needs a Business+ or Enterprise+ plan. On Free and Pro it only runs during a trial.

Does connecting Hermoso give these tools access to my ad accounts?

No. Your ad accounts and social channels are connected inside Hermoso, and only the ones you choose. Ads are created paused and nothing is posted or spent unless someone asks.
