Run all your TikTok accounts from one brand in Hermoso

Connect several accounts on the same channel under one brand, then post to one, a few or all of them at once, each with its own result.

Plenty of brands do not have one TikTok. They have a main account, a founder account, a UGC account, one per product line and one per country. Until now each extra account meant an extra brand in Hermoso, which is a lot of switching for one company.

Now one brand holds several accounts on the same channel.

Which channels

TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram and Pinterest all take several accounts under one brand. Connect the first one as usual, then choose Add another account on the same card. Each account signs in with its own login and keeps its own connection.

Post to one, some or all

  • Right now: name the account in the Studio (post this to @ourfounder on TikTok), or pass account with the handle on any post_to_* tool.
  • On a schedule: the composer shows a chip for each account on a channel that has more than one. Tick the ones you want. From an agent, schedule_post takes accounts, like { "tiktok": ["@a", "@b"] } or { "tiktok": "all" }.

Each account gets its own post and its own result, so if one account needs attention the rest still go out, and you can see exactly which one to look at.

It always asks which one

With several accounts on a channel, Hermoso never guesses where to post. Say post to TikTok without naming an account and it lists your connected accounts and asks. When you read stats without naming one, it starts with the first account you connected and tells you which it used.

Tidy up one at a time

Disconnect a single account without touching the rest of the channel. The card lists every linked account, so you can see at a glance what the brand is connected to.

Ways brands use it

  • Brand plus founder. The polished brand account and the founder's behind-the-scenes account, each with its own voice, both under one brand.
  • One account per market. A TikTok for the US and one for Spain, with the same video voiced and captioned for each.
  • One account per product line. Skincare on one YouTube channel, haircare on another, each with its own schedule.
  • A test account. Try a new hook where the stakes are low, then post the winner on the main account.

Stats per account

Ask how a post did and name the account, and the numbers come from that account. Posts are measured per account too, so you can see whether a video did better on the founder account or the brand account.

Why it is nice

A post that works on one account is worth trying on the others. With all of them under one brand you can make one video in the Studio, post it to three accounts on three schedules, and compare where it did best, without leaving the brand you are working in.

From your AI agent

list_connectors shows every linked account with its label. Every post_to_* tool takes account, and schedule_post takes accounts. So an agent can run a whole content calendar across a stack of accounts from one conversation. The scheduler page covers everything scheduling can do.

Questions people ask

Which channels support several accounts on one brand?

TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram and Pinterest.

Can I schedule the same post to several accounts?

Yes. Tick the accounts in the composer, or pass accounts to schedule_post with a list of handles or "all". Each account gets its own post and its own result.

What happens if I do not say which account to post to?

When a channel has more than one account connected, Hermoso lists them and asks which one to post to instead of guessing.

Can I disconnect just one account?

Yes. Each linked account can be disconnected on its own, and the others stay connected.

Do I still need a separate brand for each account?

No. Several accounts on the same channel now live under one brand, so you only need separate brands for genuinely separate businesses or clients.

Can I see stats for one account at a time?

Yes. Name the account when you ask how a post did. Without a name, Hermoso reads the first account you connected on that channel and tells you which one it used.
